Rowan O’Neill

Rowan O’Neill is a freelance artist and performance maker from Felinwynt with over fifteen years’ experience of working collaboratively with communities on creative projects in West Wales. Rowan is currently working with Span as Community Producer on the project Cân y Ffordd Aur / The Song of the Golden Road, a Radio Ballad that will bring together, consolidate and celebrate the work of Planed’s Preseli Heartlands project.
