With a background in community regeneration and community arts, Bethan joins Span Arts from almost a decade as Head of Development for NoFit State Circus.
Alongside her work with NoFit State Bethan has lectured at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, as well as working as a fundraising consultant for a broad range of arts and volunteer charities across Wales.
