Carys Mol is a Creative Producer and one of the first WellBeing Facilitators working in the TV & film industry in Wales. Her production practice is interdisciplinary, working across theatre, outdoor arts, music, visual arts and community-based projects in Wales (Hijinx Theatre, Articulture).
She has particular experience in supporting artists with access needs, co-designing frameworks that help people to create in the ways that work best for them. Carys works in Welsh and English and is currently an Arts Council of Wales Associate (2023-25).
