Memortal/Cofio

Prosiect ymchwil a datblygu cydweithredol wedi’i arwain gan SPAN oedd Memortal/Cofio, yn rhan o Span Digidol – cyfres o brosiectau peilot i  roi ar brawf sut y gellid defnyddio technoleg ddigidol yn greadigol i gynyddu cysylltedd a lleihau unigrwydd ac ynysiad.

Roedd y prosiect yn golygu gweithio gyda phobl oedd yn marw, rhai oedd yn awyddus i baratoi ar gyfer marwolaeth, pobl hŷn sydd wedi eu hynysu, rhai oedd mewn perygl o farw ar eu pennau eu hunain a pherthnasau pobl sydd wedi marw.

Nod y prosiect oedd cynllunio offeryn digidol/ap i helpu pobl i greu eu cofnod coffa eu hunain yn dathlu eu bywydau neu fywyd anwylyn. Gan weithio gyda’r artist animeiddio Gemma Green-Hope a’r datblygydd apiau Owen Davies a thrwy ymgynghoriad â chymunedau, cyfranogwyr a rhanddeiliaid, nod y prosiect oedd cynhyrchu cynnwys a syniadau ar gyfer strwythur ap sy’n hygyrch ac yn hawdd ei ddefnyddio.

Roedd Louis Embra, Suzanne Radley-Smith, Neil Jordan, Rozanne Hawksley, Charleen Agostini a Hunter Graham yn gyfranogwyr unigol. Yn ogystal, gweithion ni gyda Gofal Solfach  a Chaffi Tosturiol Cymunedol Brynberian, gyda chefnogaeth ariannol gan Grant Cymunedau Gofalgar CGGSB a thrwy Span Digidol, wedi’i ariannu gan Gyngor Celfyddydau Cymru a’r rhaglen LEADER a weinyddwyd gan Planed.
