Stuart currently works for Pembrokeshire-based community development charity, PLANED, where he leads a team who work with communities across Pembrokeshire on a number of culture, heritage and tourism projects.

Prior to this, Stuart’s career has been focussed in the heritage sector, working for museum services in Sheffield and Gloucester before spending nine years at the National Coal Mining Museum for England, in Wakefield. Stuart has also spent time as a freelance museums consultant and he has worked as an English Teacher in Taiwan.  Stuart currently serves as a volunteer committee member for the Digital Learning Network, a national network of cultural professionals who use technology for public engagement and learning and he is a School Governor at Wolfscastle School in north Pembrokeshire.
